Had my first session at the Bodyweight Club recently. I’ve been training in the gym for years now, but the training I had with Kieran was one of the best and most intensive workouts I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend if you want to push yourself.

Really enjoyed my sessions with Kieran. He definitely takes the time to make each work out catered to you and promotes confidence in movement through lovely slow mobility warm ups and more intense workouts to sure you what you can really do! I wish I had more time to go to more sessions.

The Body Weight Club is a fantastic place to go if your new to the gym and are conscious of traditional gym settings. Kieran tailors the session for your needs but always ensures you are putting in maximum effort therefore accommodating all experience levels. Highly recommend!

I’ve been training with Kieran for around 12 weeks and cannot recommend him highly enough. The gym is well equipped and tidy. As a trainer Kieran is motivating and encouraging, with a wealth of technical knowledge.With Kieran’s help I am now feeling fitter and stronger than I have in a long time. Kieran is not only the best PT but the nicest guy you will meet! I started using Kieran around 8 weeks after giving birth and he helped me ease back in to exercise while building up each session so I became stronger and lost weight at the same time. Each session was tailored to me and was different every time, we did a mix of weights, strength training and cardio.

Before meeting Kieran my gym routine was useless! I’d never be consistent, always forget what exercises to do, and I’d have to make up a plan last minute. But now having had some sessions with Kieran he’s given me a great insight on what to do for workout routines, his programs will be adjusted to you perfectly and also gives you advice on what you can do at home if you can’t make a session of his that week. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I would highly recommend Kieran! Each class is different so it doesn’t feel the same every time and keeps it fun. Kieran is really encouraging during the sessions and checks throughout to see how you’re doing and adapts the workout if need be.

Kierans a fantastic PT. I have had previous PT’s who aren’t up to his standard. He implements so many different workouts into his sessions and you will start seeing and feeling a change rapidly. I watched Kieran build the Bodyweight club from the ground up. The gym is amazing and has all the right equipment needed for you to reach any gym goals. His workouts push you to your limits but he can also tailor your personal needs if you beginner in the gym. It’s great atmosphere when train you together or in a group. I would highly recommend the Bodyweight club! 10/10- helped me reach my goals!

Kieran is an amazing personal trainer who supported me to exceed all previous fitness goals I had set myself, but also understood the importance of rest and recovery. The Bodyweight club offers a unique blend of compound weight exercises, bodyweight exercises and cardio that drastically improved my strength and physique. I initially used the body weight club to kickstart my fitness journey ahead of my football season last summer and my fitness levels were at their peak after the 8 week programme. Amazing gym and PT and for such good value. Kieran built the gym himself and you can really see all the hard work that went in to it. When I started training at the bodyweight club I was no where near being able to do a pull up but now I can which is something I thought I’d never be able to do.

TBWC is an incredible experience and it helps massively that you have a PT that is genuinely dialled in on you and wants the best always. Kieran really pushes you to the fullest every time you are in there. Helps the mind get stronger alongside the body, no brainer.
