  • I’m Kieran—owner and head coach at TBWC. With over a decade of experience in training, I’ve developed a unique coaching style that combines strength, movement, and mindset.

    My journey started on the rugby pitch, playing sevens for Harlequins and England. That foundation in elite sport taught me discipline, resilience. After rugby, I turned my focus to strength training and calisthenics—building power, control, and durability through years of resistance work both in and out of the gym.

    More recently, I’ve explored the endurance world—completing marathons and duathlons to test not just my body, but my mind.

    As a Level 3 Personal Trainer, I create programs that go beyond aesthetics. My aim is to build strong, capable humans—through personalised coaching that adapts to your lifestyle, challenges your limits, and delivers sustainable results.
