What can I expect from the group classes?

The group sessions are classes with a maximum of 4 persons. Training in a small group is dynamic and fun but still allows for an individual and personal experience. Participating alongside others creates the perfect environment to have fun, push each other and to progress your training.

The sessions are always pre-planned, all your need to do is show up!

How do you cater for different abilities?

The Bodyweight Club accommodates for all abilities, members range from beginners to advanced athletes. Everyone completes the same workout but certain factors are manipulated based on the persons abilities, such as repetitions, rounds, weights and exercises are either regressed or progressed.

What exercises are included in the WOD?

WOD stands for workout of the day. The WOD will mostly consist of mostly a full body session, meaning we train the upper-body, lower body and core aiming to improve our strength, cardio, endurance and mobility.

Each session we will always work on our bodyweight progressions (chin ups, push ups, etc) and then full body conditioning using a variety of different training systems (circuits, AMRAP, supersets, EMOM)

How do the packages work?

The package you purchase represents the amount of sessions that you can attend. For example the 4 session package can be redeemed on 4 different 1 hour classes. After purchasing your desired package, you will be generated a coupon code. The class timetable is shown on the ‘timetable’ tab. You get the freedom to pick and chose which sessions you want to attend and it will automatically take it off your package.

You have 5 weeks to redeem all of your sessions.

Why is TBWC different from normal gyms?

TBWC prides itself on the effectiveness of each session. The sessions are designed to maximise results and push you further than you would be able to do alone. Each session involves similar exercise but the style is different, ensuring you are always kept on your toes, leading to consistent progress and adaptability.

Each session is designed by Kieran, using his own expertise and training style.

What is TBWC’s cancellation policy?

  • Cancellations must be made within 24hrs of an appointment so as not to incur any losses. If notice is provided less than 24hrs before an appointment without a valid reason, you will be charged for the session.

  • Cancellations made within 24hrs for a valid reason will not incur any losses. Such reasons may include illness, family emergencies or other serious commitments. This will be handled on a case by case basis and I will be as accommodating as possible. 

  • Every member is entitled to a one-time fee-free cancellation per package, allowing you to cancel within 24hrs of an appointment with no loss.

  • Cancellations can be made via text, email or through my website.

  • Should I cancel your appointment, you will be granted a free rescheduled session.

  • If you arrive late to your appointment and I have another appointment straight after, your time will be cut short though this will be avoided where possible.
