FUSION PROGRAMME

  • Fusion is designed to maximise strength and elevate your fitness. Our dynamic fusion of exercises seamlessly blends the strength-building benefits of weight training with the functional movements of calisthenics and the endurance and health gains of cardio. Utilising on compound movements, fusion will provide the essentials for a healthy and strong life.

  • Fusion is an online rolling training programme with workouts scheduled in 4-week blocks sent straight to the Fitr app.

    You can expect 4-5 sessions per week along with regular community challenges.

  • X3 Full Body Strength Sessions

    X1 Aerobic Capacity session

    X1 bodyweight // active recovery (optional)

    Throughout the programme, you will master the basics of calisthenics (pull ups, push ups, dips)  as well as building your strength and fitness.

ONLINE PT

  • Online Personal training is recieving a bespoke training programme for you that has been tailored to your goals and lifestyle, using the tbwc training system, a fusion of calisthenics, weight training and cardio, with real life function and adaptability.

    For you to complete anywhere you like, whether that is in the gym or at home.

  • The features include, detailed weekly check ins, long and short term goal setting, daily coach contact - via in app messenger, benchmark tracking, join the online tbwc community, weekly leaderboards and competitions
