MEET ME

Hello, I’m Kieran, the owner and PT at TBWC. I have dedicated the last decade of my life to training, learning, and mastering my own style which is a fusion of calisthenics, weight training and cardio. This is a beautiful combo, strengthening both the body and mind, taking them to a new level, with real life function and adaptability. Through this passion, I decided to spread my knowledge and in turn show people the amazing benefits on offer. Thus was born the TBWC, a gym I built from scratch with help form friends and family, to create a state of the art training space in which I could implement everything I had learnt
Growing up in a very sporty house and school, I have constantly been surrounded by exercise and looking after my health. Throughout my childhood I enjoyed rugby, golf, cricket, running, skiing and cycling. I am proud to have reached a high level in rugby sevens, playing for Harlequins and trialling for England. I’ve recently started taking part in endurance events, completing my first duathlon and marathon in the last two years.
I am a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer. On top of this formal certification, through my many years of practice, I have gained an intimate knowledge of how the body works and how to best train towards a variety of goals.

My approach to training is a combination of calisthenics, weight training and cardio. I take a holistic approach and train the body as a whole through full body and compound movements. By building strength, endurance, mobility, cardio and control, I help others work towards the goal of real life functionality, to feel good and do more. I emphasise focus on the mind-body connection. Not only does this promote mindfulness and avoid injury, but it helps to engage specific muscle groups, maintain proper alignment, and control movements with precision.
I work with individuals who are dedicated and ready to pursue their fitness journey, whatever their goals may be. My training approach can be progressed or regressed for all individuals by adjusting various factors so that every program is specifically tailored. I would love for my members to embody the TBWC training philosophy, enjoying the process of training rather than focussing only on end goals. I try to push an individual to reach their full potential.
Since opening in 2022, TBWC has received nearly 100 5* reviews, all of which are clients who are happy with the service they have received. The club has been growing at a very quick rate and I’m proud to have contributed to many people’s health and wellbeing.

TBWC’s ultimate mission is to feel good and do more. This means being able to move your body without limitations and feel confident to engage in life to its fullest extent. I pursue this mission through a set of core values:
- Commitment to the journey: Training for longevity and applying principles of training outside of the gym
- Openness and honesty: creating a safe and comfortable environment where people can share and train without barriers
- Equality: treating all individuals with respect and adapting to their needs
