Fusion is designed to maximise strength and elevate your fitness. Our dynamic fusion of exercises seamlessly blends the strength-building benefits of weight training with the functional movements of calisthenics and the endurance and health gains of cardio. Utilising on compound movements, fusion will provide the essentials for a healthy and strong life.

Fusion is an online rolling training programme with workouts scheduled in 4-week blocks sent straight to the Fitr app.
You can expect 4-5 sessions per week along with regular community challenges.

X1 Aerobic Capacity session
X1 bodyweight // active recovery (optional)
Throughout the programme, you will master the basics of calisthenics (pull ups, push ups, dips) as well as building your strength and fitness.

Online Personal training is recieving a bespoke training programme for you that has been tailored to your goals and lifestyle, using the tbwc training system, a fusion of calisthenics, weight training and cardio, with real life function and adaptability.
For you to complete anywhere you like, whether that is in the gym or at home.
