GROUP TRAINING / CLASSES

These sessions are perfect if you want to maximise results from each session, have increased direction, and push yourself to your limit. The sessions are always pre-planned, all your need to do is show up. Dynamic, fun, affordable but still highly personal experience.

We offer 3 different class types: Mens, Ladies, and Lunchtime (mixed gender). These allow everyone the opportunity to train in a way that they feel most comfortable. 

Sessions are run for a maximum of 4 people and are not defined by ability or experience as I adapt the workouts to each individual. You can expect a full body workout, with a focus on improving strength and overall fitness. A class will typically start with a warm up, before moving through strength and endurance exercises with a special focus on developing calisthenic skills, and finishing with some cardio conditioning and a cool down.
